  • WHAT IS YOUR PRICE RANGE?
    The majority of our gowns are consistently between $1700-$2500.  Our non-sale gowns usually start as low as $1,200 and go up to $7,000.  This can fluctuate greatly depending on designer and desired style.                          

  • WHY DO YOU CHARGE FOR APPOINTMENTS?                                                                                                                                      We are a high end Full Service Bridal Salon.  For each appointment, we book out a room for 90 minutes and staff both a consultant and assistant to help you with your gown process.  When appointments aren't kept without notice, it is unfair to our salon, staff and other Brides who wanted to book at that time.  Most Bridal shops in the valley have started to charge to ensure their time is respected.  Thank you for understanding.                                                                                                                                                                                 

  • I'M GETTING MARRIED FAST!  CAN I STILL GET A GOWN?                                                                                                                   Absolutely, and you've come to the right place! We sell gowns off our floor in mint condition and ready for you to take home today. Most shops carry samples and then have to order which can take up to 8 months. At our shop, if you don't have time to order, we have you covered, perfect for shorter engagements. If you do have the time and prefer us to order, no problem!

  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A GOWN?
    Ordering gowns can take up to 8 months depending on the designer. Some gowns are in stock but are limited because they are high-end, hand-made items. Most often, gowns are made to order for each bride.

  • WHAT SIZES OF GOWNS DO YOU CARRY?
    Another benefit of our shop ordering ahead is that we carry all sizes!  To clarify, we do not have every gown in every size.  We do have hundreds of gowns available in a wide variety of styles that vary in sizes from 2-32W.

  • WILL I NEED ALTERATIONS?
    Almost every bride will need some sort of alterations to make her gown fit perfectly.  Even if the gown is ordered to size most brides will need a hem, a shoulder adjustment, and a take in/let out on the waistline or bust.

  • HOW MUCH ARE ALTERATIONS?
    Once you have purchased your dress, alterations are a separate charge between the seamstress and client. We have unaffiliated Bridal Alteration Specialist that are not in the house, but who we recommend with the highest regard. Their prices vary by the project and complexity of each individual gown. You are welcome to choose to go to any seamstress- make sure they are well-versed in high-quality bridal.

  • HOW LONG DO ALTERATIONS TAKE?
    Giving yourself enough time to get the gown done is very important.  We suggest starting alterations at least 2 months before your Bridals, First looks, or your Wedding day.  Whichever comes first.  Most Alteration Specialists will charge a rush fee if they have less than 1 month to finish your gown.

  • DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?
    Please make an appointment before coming in.  Though we are happy to take walk-in Brides if we happen to have a room open, we want to make sure we will have a fitting room and Bridal Consultant available for you when you come in.  For this reason we highly suggest making an appointment so we can be sure to accommodate you.

  • CAN I JUST COME IN AND LOOK AROUND?                                                                                                                                                                                  In order to keep our gowns in perfect condition, only our consultants handle the gowns.  We have processes that are thrown off if we have people going through the gowns without assistance.  Think of this more as an art gallery.  

  • HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN I BRING?
    We try not to put an exact number on it, but if you bring more than 3 or 4 people we will likely not have enough seats on Saturdays.   During the week we are a little more open.  We also find that brides will often feel less pressure from their party if they limit how many people are in their party.  This will help you to have a better experience and fall in love with what makes YOU feel beautiful.  If you desire to have a large party, we do offer our Bridal Suites where you get the whole store to yourself!  This is by far the BEST Bridal experience you can have in Utah!

  • WHAT IF I LOSE OR GAIN WEIGHT AFTER I BUY MY GOWN?
    Many brides are making changes in their lives at the time of getting married that can affect their weight.  Though we understand, it is just as unpredictable for us as it is for you.  The gown you purchase and size you agree to are firm.  Our designers do not take returns for any reason, and for that reason we cannot make exchanges based on your body changes.  Do your best to plan accordingly.

  • CAN I BRING CHILDREN TO MY APPOINTMENT?
    We are family owned and love children!  The qustion is, will bringing them enhance or hinder your experience?  Getting stressed is the last thing you want.  Use your own reasoning to decide if your child is going to sit still in a formal environment.  Our shop has many high end items at reach of little hands.  Please get a sitter if you think your child is too little to respect the store and/or other brides.

  • DO YOU BUY USED GOWNS?
    Everything in our store is new and purchased directly from our contracted designers.  We do not buy used gowns.
