But if you are a bride with no time, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. At Malmrose Bridal, we cater to the bride with a short time frame. Most dress shops only carry sample sizes in store and require you to order your gown which can take several months to a year to arrive. But in our shop, we sell all our gowns off the floor. We wear gloves when we handle the gowns, so the dresses themselves are in really good condition and are ready to take home with you. If you can, we recommend giving yourself at least 2-3 months before your wedding for alterations.
That being said, having a longer time frame can definitely be in your favor. Some of our gowns take up to 10 months to arrive, so giving yourself extra time will mean you have a much wider selection to choose from. Brides with a long time frame often wonder if coming a year before their wedding date is too early. Not at all! It gives you the widest variety of gowns to choose from with plenty of time for us to order the gown in your size. Additionally, your wedding dress is such a foundational part of wedding planning, having your gown early on can help you build the overall aesthetic of your wedding day!
